About 20 minutes south of downtown is one of Nashville’s more affordable areas, Bellevue. This area offers a slower, more laid-back vibe in comparison to the rest of the city, which makes it one of the most sought out areas to live. Don’t be fooled, there is still plenty to do; especially outdoors! Nature lovers especially flock to this neighborhood for its bounty of outdoor activities. Both Percy Warner Park and Edwin Warner Park feature miles of trails built for hikers, cyclists, runners or anyone who simply wants to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Bellevue is also the access point for the Natchez Trace Parkway, a multi-state U.S. national park that runs all the way down to Natchez Trace, Mississippi.
