I moved to Nashville 3 years ago with a dream, to buy an investment property that I could live in, then sell in time and make enough to be able to afford to move back to Colorado to buy a home. They took everything I said I must have and did even more with it. They listened to what was important for me and capitalized on that, they have your best interest in mind always and it is so apparent in the way that they work. When offers were coming in and they noticed little details be left out, things that were important to me like having a leaseback, they called and got answers to questions without me having to ask them to do so. They truly listened to me when I told them what was important and they wanted to make sure that information was provided to me when considering all offers. I could truly go on and on about how incredible my experience was with them. They set the bar high and made me realize how important it is to have an agent that knows it all, it just makes everything that much better and more enjoyable.
