Welcome to Old Hickory

Named after President Andrew Jackson, who was nicknames “Old Hickory”, this historical area is bordered by the Cumberland River on the north and the west. Previously known for being a former company town for the DuPont plant, Old Hickory is now the site of a country club, large golf course and city park.
